How We Ship - Mahogany Furniture

1. Free DELIVERY

Our Free Shipping program is for palletized freight shipments to your curbside. Free Curbside Shipping is available to qualified addresses in the continental USA. Qualified addresses are limited to areas where large trucks can easily access your curb and our free shipping program does not include delivery to remote and difficult to reach areas that cannot be easily reached by a large truck without incurring extra costs. Most items eligible for free delivery are delivered on a pallet to ensure the safety of those items in transit. The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris, which will include the wooden pallet. You are also responsible for setup, assembly, and installation of the furniture.

Smaller items may ship via UPS.

In stock items normally ship out within a few business days of the funds clearing into our account. This means your items will arrive in about one to three weeks depending on your location.

2. INSIDE ASSIST Delivery

With Inside Assist option the driver will help (assist) move the items into the closest covered area of the residence. They cannot go up any steps and can only help move the pallet/skid into a level area like the garage, carport, etc.. The customer is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris, which will include the wooden pallet. Customer is also responsible for setup, assembly, and installation of the furniture. Available for most addresses in Continental USA only.

3. WHITE GLOVE Delivery

White glove delivery service is available at an additional charge which we can quote to you, if you notify us prior to making your purchase, otherwise it will be calculated at checkout. The delivery team will carry your order into your home, unwrap it, and set it up in the location of your choice. They will also clean up and remove any packaging when they are done. The customer is responsible for having the room where furniture is being delivered to be cleared before the delivery team arrives. If the room is not cleared upon their arrival the delivery team will place the purchased items inside the house and the customer will be responsible for moving and setting it up themselves.

Please note delivery times are typically longer for white glove and typically take 4-8 weeks.

Return Policy

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition. Items may be returned or exchanged subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any return shipping fee for any reason including buyer remorse returns will be paid by the customer. All cancellation requests after an order has shipped will be treated as a buyer remorse return. All credit card fees associated with any order cancellation will be the responsibility of the Customer. There is a fourteen day return period after the date of receipt. In order to qualify for a refund the return shipping must be initiated within fourteen days of item receipt. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping and for returns that are never received so we highly recommend that you insure all return shipments.

Vintage and discounted items are not eligible for returns, refunds, exchanges.
