A Vintage PAIR of Kittinger Lamp Tables featuring fully banded tops, solid mahogany details as well as oak dovetailed drawers. Fine quality burled drawer fronts create a beautiful pattern, accented by antique style hardware. Beautifully shaped and tapered legs in Queen Ann Style solidly support the upper portion. Slightly lower than some end tables this item is well suited for use with a sofa. They stood beside one for many years in their previous home!

As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall this item is in excellent original condition.

Kittinger furniture company of Buffalo NY has been around since 1866 and they are well known for having furnished spaces such as the White House in Washington, DC.  Kittinger is still in business today and their master cabinet makers do an outstanding job of  combining finely veneered panels with attractive mahogany solid woods in all of their pieces. The half round (demi lune) shape of the console makes it easy to walk around when placed against the wall, the base lends support and an area for displaying objects out of the way from foot traffic. The drawer has applied solid brass decorations as do the tops of the columns.

Everything on these tables is in original, as found, condition including the original brass furniture label inside the drawer.
