From Niagara Furniture a Vintage Henkel Harris Inlaid Sideboard in excellent condition with a freshly hand rubbed top giving the sideboard a clean appearance.

Simple yet sophisticated this beautiful Henkel Harris Sideboard has everything going for it. A slightly deeper size than many other high leg sideboards this item boasts a great amount of storage space featuring two drawers and two large cupboard areas behind the doors. Both of the drawers are dovetailed with the secondary portions of the drawers being produced from American oak and both drawers also feature drawer glides for easy opening and closing.

The serpentine shaped front is a classic design feature and this shape is highlighted on the top of the sideboard and this shaping continues downward and is reflected on both the door and drawer fronts. High quality construction throughout is exemplified in the solid mahogany legs, the designer style hardware as well as the dovetailed drawers. Each cabinet area features a working lock and there is an original key that comes with the sideboard.

This Henkel Harris Sideboard rests on six fantastic, inlaid tapered legs, each of which is surrounded by beautiful banding near the bottom. The four front legs each have wonderful, fine pencil thin inlays turning into bellflowers while the bottom of the case section is defined by a beautiful herringbone inlay pattern.

The paper Henkel Harris tag has been removed from the piece but remnants of the original tag can still be seen on the underside of the piece.
