This beautiful Vintage Mahogany Pembroke Table will be recognizable to anyone familiar with fine antique furniture. Originally designed by Henry Herbert, 9th Earl of Pembroke, this form of table was made popular by various furniture designers in 18th century England. Also often referred to as a dropside table and sometimes called a breakfast table our American made Vintage Mahogany Pembroke Table is beautifully appointed with many great features such as the satin wood banded top and sides, the oak lined drawer and the tapered and shaped legs. The Pembroke Table is versatile due its’ ability to expand in size as needed and can be used throughout the home. The table has survived in original condition with its’ original finish. Also, located within the drawer is a label showing that the manufacturer was a member of the “Genuine Mahogany Association”
As with all antique and used pieces of furniture there will be some small signs of wear and tear but overall the piece is in excellent original condition.
